Vectura partners with Zengun to develop Forskaren

Vectura has signed an agreement with Zengun for the planning of the construction of Forskaren in Hagastaden. Both parties hope that the partnership will continue in a subsequent construction contract. The new building will be centre of innovation for life science and is expected to be ready for occupancy at the turn of the year 2023/2024.

By creating a venue that will encourage creativity for talents and innovators within the field of life science, Forskaren will contribute to the making of a city of science of world class standards. The building will offer 24 000 square meters of flexible office spaces and shared spaces, as well as the latest within smart food and beverages. The entrance floor at Forskaren will be open to the public, and offer a closer look at the life science field for young and old. Events, lectures and exihibitions, as well as the latest in smart and functional food, will be part of our ambition to make science accessible to everyone. The building will be certified according to LEED platinum and WELL.
