ABC was created in response to the unprecedented challenges of covid-19 as an impact project.

Initially built and deployed over seven weeks, ABC has worked closely with the Swedish Public Health Agency to conduct up to 25% of all national testing for covid-19. Our culture is defined by speed, agility, and innovation without ever compromising the highest standard of quality. Through partnerships with academic scientists, we created unique products that enabled the Swedish national screening program for the Alpha, Delta, and Omicron variants as well as the first test for measuring t-cell immunity in Europe.

AstraZeneca's Stockholm office in Forskaren will become the base for the company's Nordic marketing company, i.e., the commercial operations, and the move will already take place by the summer of 2024.

ITBMed is a biopharmaceutical development company with several ongoing clinical trials in transplantation and autoimmunity.

The company has about 40 employees in Sweden and New York, USA. The company's main drug candidate is TCD601 (siplizumab), which is a monoclonal antibody that has shown significant potential to change the lives of organ transplant patients.

TeamOlmed

TeamOlmed is one of Sweden's largest orthopedic technology companies with over 350 employees spread across about 20 locations in Sweden. Our common focus is on improving the quality of life for people with movement-related issues.

TeamOlmed manufactures, customizes, and supplies patients and customers with orthopedic technical aids. The company also operates the retail chain TeamOlmed Butik, focusing on self-care. The major product groups are shoes, foot insoles, and orthoses. TeamOlmed moves in to floor three in Forskaren with an area of 1 000 sq.m. with both office and a store. There will also be a TeamOlmed store on the entrance floor in Forskaren where you will find the best shoes, foot insoles and orthoses fitted for you.

Tekniska museet and Karolinska Institutet

A scene for Life Science – fusion between technology, art and science!

At the ground floor in Forskaren, National Museum of Science and Technology (Tekniska), together with Karolinska Institutet, will offer exhibitions, workshops, meetings and talks around current topics and people in the Life science field. During the week, the venue serves as a resource for school students and teachers, as well as college students. However, on weekends and in the evenings, the museum offers a range of activities, including interesting discussions, creative music and art experiences related to the subject - open to everyone. The goal is to spark interest in and the desire to learn about life science and to encourage more young people to consider a career in this field.

This is a space where everyone is welcome to explore, discover, and participate in shaping Life Science of the future.

The Park

The Park will open its doors in January 2024 at Forskaren in the heart of Hagastaden, where we are building a strong community for Life Science.

Here, freelancers, start-ups, and large companies meet with investors and academia. The Park have an entire floor with private offices, workspaces in open landscapes, and conference and event spaces.

The Park sees this location as a way to further strengthen Stockholm's coworking with hubs for collaboration in all industries - a place that brings together advanced technology with business, restaurants, and world-class event spaces!
